Upon signing up, please allow up to 2 business days for our office staff to initiate contact for scheduling.

Our comprehensive program includes three essential services:

  1. Spring Start-up ($90 value): This service involves the activation of your sprinkler system, including turning the water on, making necessary sprinkler head adjustments, and configuring the controller for spring run times.

  2. Mid-Season Check ($90 value): Our mid-season inspection entails a thorough examination of your irrigation system. Our team will conduct adjustments to rectify dry spots and fine-tune controller settings for optimal summer run times.

  3. Winterization ($80 value): Winterization is a crucial task for your sprinkler system. This service comprises shutting off the water supply, controller deactivation for the winter months, drainage of water from the system (if feasible), and the use of compressed air to expel water from underground lines. It's a service of paramount importance, best handled by professionals.

Our contract covers one hour of labor per visit. Any additional time or necessary repairs will be subject to an extra charge. Man hours are 90$ per man per hour.
